Born in Madrid in 1993, he has studied under most present-day guitar masters. In 2015 he completed his music performance education at Madrid Royal Conservatory, having coursed the 2014-2015 academic year at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar with a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Performance at Mozarteum University Salzburg. He has released two solo albums: Desideratum (2015) and Impresiones (2017), and has recorded several television programmes broadcast on TVE, Telecinco and Televisión de Castilla-La Mancha. As an orchestra soloist, following his debut at age 17, he has performed with conductors Guillermo Bautista and Mariano Domingo, among others. Javier plays a guitar by luthier Paulino Bernabé, given to him by the Spanish Guitar Foundation.
