Què ens hi trobarem?
La soprano armènia Ruzan Mantashyan torna a la Schubertíada després que l'any passat enlluernés el públic de la Canònica. El seu programa tornarà a incloure cançons del també armeni Komitas, així com de Dvořák, Txaikovski i Strauss.
L'obra destacada
Antonín Dvořák va escriure el 1865 divuit cançons que el va aplegar sota el títol Cypřiše (Xiprers), Tot i que no va arribar a publicar-les, l'obra el va acompanyar al llarg de la seva carrera en diverses formes. El 1888 va reelaborar vuit de les cançons, que va publicar amb el nom Písne milostné (“Cançons d'amor”). Aquella obra de joventut, composta als vint-i-quatre anys, potser encara immadura, es va revelar més de vint anys després bellíssima, refinada i elegant.

Ruzan Mantashyan

Ruzan Mantashyan, an Armenian-born musician, began piano studies at seven and later studied voice at the Komitas Conservatoire. She further honed her skills at Mirella Freni's Accademia di Belcanto in Modena and the Frankfurt Conservatoire, earning a Master's Degree in 2014. She then joined the Atelier lyrique at the Opéra national de Paris until 2016. Mantashyan has won several awards, including the Special Prize at the Francisco Vinas International Singing Contest and the Toti dal Monte competition. She has performed in numerous prestigious venues such as the Konzerthaus Berlin, the Opéra de Paris Bastille, the Glyndebourne Festival, the Komische Oper Berlin, the Wiener Staatsoper or the Royal Opera House. Her roles include Susanna (Le Nozze di Figaro), Servilia (La clemenza di Tito), Echo (Ariadne auf Naxos), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) or Mimi (La Bohème), among others.

Born in Yerevan, the Armenian pianist Margarit Sargsyan is one of the most prominent figures in the field of vocal accompaniment in her country. Trained at the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, where she has been a professor of piano since 2011, she has established an international career marked by her sensitivity and mastery of the lyrical repertoire. Awarded eight diplomas as "best accompanist" in several international competitions and the Gold Medal of the Ministry of Culture of Armenia in 2017, her technique stands out for its perfect symbiosis with the voice. She is the regular collaborator of the renowned soprano Ruzan Mantashyan, with whom she shares a deep artistic affinity and a vital commitment to promoting the music of Komitas and the great Russian composers. Her presence is constant on prestigious European stages, where she is highly regarded for her professional rigor and elegance.
